During our recent family vacation at Hotelvfjorden, we were particularly keen on ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all, especially our younger travelers. The hotel does feature some family-friendly amenities that caught our eye, including activities designed for children ages 5 to 12, which helped keep our kids entertained and engaged. For the little ones under 4, there was a small play area that made it easier for my toddler to let off some steam, a much-needed feature for families like ours that value a mix of relaxation and activity. The staff were accommodating, allowing us to relax a bit while the kids enjoyed themselves. Despite these positives, our stay was marred by certain lapses in service. For instance, we faced delays in the dining area, and there were issues with room cleanliness that should have been addressed more proactively. While Hotelvfjorden has the potential for family-friendly fun through their amenities, a little more attention to detail in service could enhance the experience significantly.
